1. Products & Pricing
All prices are shown in EUR (€) including applicable taxes. Nimbus reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are confirmed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
2. Order Confirmation
Orders become final upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are 7–14 business days. A tracking number will be provided within 48 hours of dispatch. Nimbus is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
4. Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return your item for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at contact@softmarket.io to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
